A FOLLOW-UP WILL BE DONE IN 5 DAYS TO CHECK ON THE TEMP OF THAT OPEN AIR END COOLER. PLEASE CALL WHEN THE TEMPERATURE HAS BEEN FIXED.

PROVIDE FOR ALL SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLES TO BE STORED AT LEAST SIX INCHES OFF OF THE FLOOR IN CLOSED COVERED CONTAINERS WHICH PROTECT THEM FROM CONTAMINATION. NEXT INSPECTION
